Root Cause Strategy 

Everyone will receive our root cause strategy no matter what service you choose. This service can also be used if you are unsure where you want to start in your health care journey. Our Root Cause Strategy session can give you the answers you need. This includes a 90min session with a 19 page functional lab report that will be reviewed with our nurse practitioner to help you decide which service is right for you!
